On board of the culture bus - information, games and workshops on the themes of education, innovation and green technology. Its route through China takes it to schools, universities and public spaces. Its form is unique and extraordinary: Its exterior a visible representation of Sino-German friendship, the inside of the ultra-modern Chinese electric bus is a multimedia learning and conference centre. It offers people the opportunity to get to know Germany better – from its literature right through to the everyday lives of its citizens – right in the middle of China.
The Stages: Beijing - Tianjin - Wuhan - Nanjing - Wuxi - Shanghai
The project’s main partner is the Robert Bosch Foundation, and is being conducted in conjunction with the German Federal Foreign Office. The project is a sustainability project for “Germany and China Moving Ahead Together” and is supported by the Ministry of Education, the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China.
